Dear Parents
Welcome back to all and a special welcome to new pupils and parents.  We now have another fourteen-week term ahead.  It promises to be a very full and exciting one though.

We were most fortunate during the holidays as the two heavy rainfalls came at exactly the right time for our sports fields, which had just been prepared for the hockey season and are now looking very good.  The shorter holiday and, therefore, preparation time had been a concern but the rain certainly made a huge difference.

Grade 6B and half of Grade 6M will be going to Far and Wide for their environmental leadership camp on Tuesday, returning Friday.  We wish them an enjoyable and informative camp.

Afternoon activities start on Monday as do Hostel Lunches and Day Boarding.  Letters and Return Slips for Hostel Lunches and Day Boarding have been forwarded with the Term Calendar and Afternoon Activities Timetable.  Would all parents fill in and return the Hostel Lunch returns irrespective of whether pupils will be having hostel lunches or bringing packed lunches as we need a record of what every pupil will be doing each day for lunch.

School Fees
Please note that the 2nd Term School Fees should have been paid by the first day of Term.  Fees not paid in full by 31st May will incur the $500:00 Admin Fee.

Please provide the office with proof of payment of fees as our bank statements only show a reference number and not who deposited the funds or who they are in favour of.  Fees deposited that we cannot receipt because of this go into a suspense account until proof of payment is provided.
