The Term is now in full swing with all activities and sports being undertaken and our first fixtures played, with results listed below.

Our Cross Country Teams participate in their first meets of the season this afternoon.  Our 1^st Team competes in the Gateway Invitational and our 2^nd Team in the Westridge School’s Three Chillies Cross Country.  We wish them all the best.

Our Grade 7’s returned today from a leadership, environmental and educational camp to Tree of Life with all having thoroughly enjoyed the camp by all accounts.

Sick Pupils

Parents are still sending their sick children to school.  This week alone we have had a large number of children sent to Sick Bay because they are unwell.  All of them were subsequently sent home, as they were too ill to stay at school.  Please note that, apart from us not having the capacity to look after all these sick children in sick bay until the end of school, our policy is that we do not allow children with symptoms of colds, flu, sore throats, swollen tonsils, temperatures, vomiting, diarrheoa etc. to be at school.  Parents of pupils exhibiting symptoms will be asked to come and collect their children.

Swimming

Congratulations go to Kayla Chanakira, Tadiwanashe Hofisi, Christianne Makuni, Zipporah Chiyangwa and Peyton Zinyemba who have been selected to swim for the Harare Team at the Zimbabwe National Junior Swimming Championships this weekend.
