Dear Parents
Firstly congratulations to our girls who performed so beautifully in the Combined Schools Marimba Concert at Chisipite Junior on Wednesday evening.  It was a most enjoyable concert.

We are also very proud to inform you that we will be receiving four National awards at this years National Institute of Allied Arts Prize Giving which will be held tomorrow morning.  Nokutenda Madzikwa is awarded the Grade 3 Visual Arts prize, Charnel Sithole the Grade 6 Visual Arts prize, our ECD class the Grade 0 prize and Grade 2H the Grade 2 national prize.

There is great excitement in the school today as the PTA’s Sponsored Walk and Fun Day will be on Sunday.  Our Grade 7’s have been busy preparing their stalls and games to keep us entertained after the walk.  There will, of course, be food and drinks on sale and various stalls.  All pupils raising at least $50 will receive a prize and there will be individual prizes as well as a special treat for the class that raises the most.

The walk will begin with registration of all walkers from 9:00am with the walk starting at 10:30am.  Grade 3 – 7 pupils may walk unaccompanied.  However, ECD, Grade 1 and Grade 2 pupils wishing to do the main walk, and not the walk in the school grounds specially for them, need to be accompanied by a parent.

Please note that no dogs are allowed.

School Fees
Could we once again please ask parents to furnish us with copies of bank transfers to enable us to receipt your daughter’s school fees.  This is also required for internal bank transfers as these only reflect with a reference number.

Please note that the deadline for paying 3rd term school fees in total so as not to incur the $100 admin fee has been extended to Friday 30th September 2016.

Sport
All parents are please reminded that they are encouraged to support all matches and galas but are not allowed to watch any practices, early morning or afternoon.
