The school year is divided into three terms – Easter term, Trinity Term and Michaelmas term.
The teaching process begins in Grade 0 and is an ongoing process of education to Grade 7. A phonics based method, teaching reading, is introduced from Grade 1 and is nurtured through the higher grades. Bonds and tables also begin in Grade 1 and at the beginning of every term we have a bonds and tables week to ensure the girls are continually coached on them.

- Music
- Drama
The girls start sport, drama, art and music from the Nursery.

- Swimming
- Tennis
- Netball
- Hockey
Every Girl from Grade 0 up to Grade 7 takes part in a major stage production every year. We have the Grade 3-6 play in the Trinity term and the Infants and Grade 7 plays in the Michaelmas term.
The school also has infants, junior and senior choirs and annually enters the choir, soloists & musicians in the National Institute of Allied Arts Music Festival.
